"Beautiful hotel. Had to circle the block a few times before there was an open space for valet, I don’t know where else there was parking nearby but valet was fine for me. We did room service for two meals and it was delivered fast and tasted really good. Both the bathroom door and the shower door were sliding doors and they didn’t stay shut, they would slowly slide back open about 6-8 inches. And I think his name was Jacob at the front desk - he was the first (and only one) to greet us and was super friendly and helpful!"
