「The facility was very clean and smelled nice, staff was helpful and respectful.」

「The front desk staff was friendly and the pool was clean and nice to use. Our room, 212, did not blow out cold, or even cool air, and the refrigerator barely got cool at all. We stayed 2 nights and told the front desk on the first night about not having air conditioning. All he said was that he would tell maintenance about it on Monday. The beds were on uncomfortable metal frames that made a lot of noise and the pillows were tiny and flat. The only thing decent about breakfast was the biscuits...

Unfortunately, the experience was far from relaxing. Despite there being many families present, the group was not very respectful—there were engines revving during quiet hours, loud music, and even arguments in the hallways early in the morning.
