「We booked a king suite and were told when we arrived that they overbooked and would 2 queens be ok. Well, not really, but what choice did we have? We stayed 4 nights and were given one set of towels each. Then we were told that if we wanted any clean towels we would have to wash them ourselves or ask for more, but our room was never serviced while we were there. The disposal was broken and leaked water all over the floor so we could not use the kitchen sink or wash dishes. The full sized...

「There was only a kiosk for check-in. We were told to sit down until they were ready. We had pre-paid, all we needed was a key card. It took 15+ minutes & it was difficult to understand. 」

「We had a very nice stay. The lobby area is large and has a lot of chairs, so it's a nice area to sit in and relax. They even have some games, like a pool table and a big Connect4 game for kids. We also really liked their breakfast. They had a good variety of food, and it was better quality than most hotel breakfasts I've had. The only drawback was our room setup. Although the room was called a "suite," it wasn't what I would consider a true hotel suite in terms of having two separate rooms...

「The rooms have been recently remodeled. When I got to my room there was a 50' extension cord leading to a charger for the window shades. I reported it to the front desk and they had maintenance come and remove it. I had a King bed room. The only chair was the deak chair. There was plenty of room for a comfortable chair or even a lobe seat, but nothing was in the area except an end table. An end table with no seat next to it. Humm. They said they were still working on getting the rooms...
