Bournemouth West Cliff Hotel & Spa
We didn't use the Spa which I am sure is lovely, its an additional cost and we didn't have time. The lobby is also ok, its the rooms! The bed was comfy but the bath, shower attachment and shower curtain were from the 1970's as was the furniture in the room - minimal toiletries - 2 mini shampoo bottles! ...

The Durley Dean Hotel
Dogs allowed (would not call it particularly dog "friendly"). Great location close to town and the beach. Superior room was large, quiet and comfy bed.

Laguna Hotel
I could not turn the radiator off in my room and it was constantly on and it was very hot. The people staying in the room next to me left their TV on all night. I asked them to turn it down and they did the next night but then they just sat there chatting till one 2 o’clock in
