"Excellent customer service, the reception staff were very friendly and professional. The room was was a good size and the bed was comfortable. There was a kettle with coffee in the room but there was additional coffee available free in the reception area along with a water dispenser that did not only cold water but fizzy water too. "Bel hôtel, la suite familiale est spacieuse et bien pensée. Même juste en face de l'ascenseur, nous n'avons pas été dérangés par le bruit. Seul bémol, le réceptionniste qui nous a informés à notre arrivée que l’accès à la piscine coûtait 10€ par adulte alors que le site de l'hôtel indiquait clairement que c’était gratuit... Lorsque que nous nous sommes rendus à la piscine pour vérifier qu’elle valait effectivement 10€ par personne, nous nous sommes rendus compte que l’accès était libre....
