Grant is one of those people who makes you feel like you've been friends for years even though you only met a few minutes ago. Trudy was just as personable. Whether it be getting restaurant recommendations or borrowing bikes to ride on the New Plymouth Coastal Walkway, they were always ready to be helpful.」

「The parking was fine, The reception gentleman was awesome and checking in was a breeze. He gave great advice for a meal. However, I thought the room was very dreary and the bed was soft. It had everything in it but it just didn't feel like a hotel. And the big clinch was having to wipe number twos off the toilet seat. This is unacceptable. 「The motel is very easy to locate and close to supermarkets, parks, shopping centre and eatery. Nicely decorated with heat pump installed which is seldom found in NZ. Also, staff are very friendly and cheerful making you feel warm. Will stay again on our next visit.」
