Good location. Clean. Bathroom could use some maintenance. King bed was sitting way too close to the heating/air unit, so you only have about 10 inches to squeeze between the two, when getting in and out of bed... not fun, when you're half asleep and in a strange place.

Our only “complaint “ would be about the snow removal…but very good other than that. Taz and Kendall were both helpful, polite and accommodating to the guests. We will stay there again

Nice hotel, but avoid room #114!
We feel like we got the worst room in the hotel based on the location. We were in 114, right next to the breakfast and lobby. In the middle of the night from 2am to 7am, there was frequent noise. It seemed like staff people kept going in and out of doors and doing things right outside our room. Then when breakfast started, lots of noise from guests. I feel they should never rent this room unless every room is occupied. Second, we had a dog and I signed a pet waiver, but there was no fee listed on the waiver. I checked out and he said we were all paid. Then later in the day, hours after we left and checked out, we were sent a bill for $50 pet fee. That contradicted what I signed and what the front desk person told me. Apart from the noise and the unexpected fee, the staff was very nice, the breakfast was solid, and the room was clean and in great shape.

I was surprised that being a newer hotel that the beds seemed to be well used and uncomfortable. It definitely was very unorganized check in process. They didn't seem to know what was going on.

I have stayed at the Home2suites many times, but this time was disappointing. Room had not been cleaned. The reassigned room was "clean " but im pretty sure the bed was not made up with clean linens. Toiletries were missing and no kleenex. Desk staff were apathetic. The one Housekeeping staff saw was cleaning rooms well into the evening.

You can hear people talking on the other rooms. It’s not loud but can hear them. Other than that the rooms are clean and the staff was very friendly.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and ready when I arrived and all of the amenities were clean and available for use. The Breakfast was hot and ready, and the attendant made sure nothing ran low.

Very friendly and courteous employees. Computer was down checking in, which is unfortunate but not the fault of employees. Room had a strange smell, seemed to dissipate but not sure if that’s because we became used to it. Cold early morning showers both days. Breakfast had good selections. Again very friendly and courteous employees.

This is our 2nd time staying, the off the betten path is nice. The staff is awesome. The only con is this is the 2nd time we couldn't get in the pool way to cold. They even have a sign up telling you that and apologize. And we had to wait almost a hour for a bottom room to be cleaned. We got there after check in and still had to wait. Other then the pool, it is a nice stay.

The issue I have is with the cleanliness of the bathroom. The attention to detailed cleaning was poor. The shower had pink mold on the grout in many places near the bottom of the tub, which just indicates that it hadn’t been properly cleaned for a long time. How can you trust that the overall cleaning is done properly??? It just made my skin crawl and I couldn’t wait to get out of there!
