I swam in the pool, it was immaculate!! Reception and staff were attentive, multi-lingual, so helpful when I needed some support and extremely communicative. Melissa and Faustino are absolutely fantastic, the sweetest humans, and made us feel right at home. Everyone working there was so helpful with recommendations and anything we needed.
