We chose this hotel for its proximity Love Field and to a Hertz rental car facility that actually had cars to rent because DAL was sold out. Even though we were frustrated and exhaust, the lady at the front desk let us charge our phones, grab a warm cup of coffee and remained calm and helpful. Anyone else in her situation would've been super irritated."
