「This little hotel is a gem. Clean, quiet, nice rooms with a/c, tv, free Netflix, free wifi and super friendly staff. The hotel is located near the Ciudad Colonial and at walking distance from Malecón de Santo Domingo. There are plenty of great restaurants and attractions nearby. Large, modern shopping centers are a short Uber ride away. If you are driving there is ample street parking. Conveniently two “colmados” are just a few meters away. They offer drinks and food items. I highly recommend...

There is parking available on the property on a first-come, first-served basis, though you can also park on the side of the street. ​Check-in was super fast, and they did require our IDs upon arrival. 「This property is in a great location for the historic colonial area of Santo Domingo. We had a rental car and had no problem finding parking the 3 days for our visit. The hotel is right on the pedestrian walkway. The room was great and the staff were wonderful. The breakfast was great too every morning.」

「I stayed in El Beaterio for 4 nights. It’s such a beautiful casa museo located in a quiet area. The room is nice and clean decorated with old maps of La española. The courtyard has lots of sunlight and plants that I enjoyed my breakfast here (though you need to apply mosquito repellent as they are quite active if you come in early morning like 6-8am) Check out the terrace in the early morning and you would get a nice photo with sun rise.
