The hotel is old. Some places have not been cleaned for long time. Attached photos show the bathroom vent and a fan. Two elevators are old, sometimes I need to hammer the door with my fist to close it completely.. The comforter has been washed to many times, some areas are so thin. The location is very close to the central station. It should be good, but the ongoing construction makes the environment messy and noisy.

The hotel is a servicable budget hotel. There are pros: location very near Tivoli and right outside the train station. There is complimentary water and tea and coffee in the lobby and there is luggage storage both at check in and check out. The room was comfortable (I was on the first floor, one up from ground) with a window that opened and a clean bathroom. There is free wifi. There are also cons: very noisy room (had to use earplugs, which they also, tellingly, provide), the luggage storage is through an app and not monitored so not truly safe, on check in I was told nothing about amenities, so if there is breakfast or anything else special I was not told. I heard other guests check in when I was leaving and each got a different set of information. The area around the hotel is fine, but there was a homeless person camped against the front of the property and the lobby and halls are very dark. It was fine for a single night but I would not rush back.

This hotel nestles inside a beautiful old art deco building, with some very unique features. It is full of history and in an incredibly central location, with very helpful and friendly staff. However, the hotel overall lacks some generic TLC which could easily be achieved with some simple renovation,i.e. the shower in my room was broken and the interim repair involved it being taped with masking tape. This shouldn't even be a point of discussion,especially when travellers are already squeezed for their money, and I certainly don't expect to find a shower that is worse than the one I have at home. Frustratingly, I understand that each repair request has to be authorised by the city planning bureau (due to its historic nature),however, if hotel guests stop coming, the building WILL be nothing but history

The hotel was an interesting architectural building from the standpoint of the era in which was built - mud 1930's. The hotel was clean but you could tell that it was an older building. That did not trouble us as we like buildings of that era. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was helpful. The location of the hotel was fantastic as far as being right next to the train station in Copenhagen and Central Lee located enough for us to get around fairly easily. Would stay there again.

Charming art deco building with lots of period features. The hotel is above the station but on the third floor at least it only sounded like a low rumble. I am a light sleeper but didn’t use ear plugs. It was warm during our visit and there’s no air con but there were fans in each room. Some places around the hotel could do with a lick of paint but overall a pleasant stay and would recommend.

The hotel is old. We had minor issue with room keys and the gentleman resolved it. Offers free luggage storage for guests which is great. Location is just ideal. Breakfast is very mediocre.

立地が良く、動きまわるのにとても便利です。 エレベーターの扉の前に、クラシックな木製扉があるのにびっくり。歴史と優雅さを感じます。 朝食は美味しく、チーズのスライサーが楽しくて、毎朝切りたてチーズを食べました！ ロビーのコーヒー等ドリンクサービスも嬉しいです。 スタッフの方、皆さん感じ良く応対してくれます。

If you stay here, be sure to request a room away from the noisy railway station. Also be aware that by closing the bathroom door you will not have to smell the sewer gas coming from the drain.

This hotel is right in the heart of everything! Right by Copenhagen central station with all the trains and metro. A block from Tivoli and short walk from lots of restaurants. The rooms are good sized and the staff helpful. One huge positive is the breakfast which was fresh and plentiful each morning and saved us quite a bit as food is pricey in Copenhagen.

Great location. Breakfast was great but needed hash browns. Luggage storage was great. Staff were pleasant but I expected more. Took 15 minutes to get an iron, so just work on service but I would stay here again!
