Our stay at this property was good, once we were in. The check-in process would deter us from staying here again. There is no front desk, so no one can check you in. The hotel is supposed to send out a code to get in the front doors, and then you can grab a key card and self-check in. However, we never received the code. We did have our cell phone activated with local SIM carrier, but unfortunately, there was no one for us to phone at the hotel. After trying for a few hours, we were able to contact someone at Expedia and the problem was resolved within 10 minutes. If we had arrived at our midnight flight and had to deal with this ordeal, we would not have stayed there!
Now that we have been through the process, as international travelers, we will not stay there again!
