The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, but notably the setup is to contact them through WhatsApp, with availability from morning to evening - so it’s not immediate or 24 hour ...

Amazing property for family with three active boys/ the waterslide, gym and padel courts were awesome. Breakfast was nice each morning although very slow service so plan on a full hour for breakfast. Everything about this spot is great. Walking distance to main square, lots of food options, and accommodations were incredible. The room was clean and private with a common area and shared jacuzzi. Staff was very welcoming and made us feel at home
