They gave us plenty of bottled water without charging us for them. They also provided us with snacks at no extra charge. The bellhops were very attentive and help as well.

The hotel is located in the heart of Boston"s Seaport District with rooms overlooking the harbor or the beautiful Rose Kennedy Greenway. Our stay was during the Sail Boston 250 event, and a perfect location to enjoy all the festivities. The hotel's staff is exceptional, the rooms beautifully appointed and our visit was wonderful. Highly recommended!

Hotel is in a great location. Staff were courteous and helpful. The room had seen better days and needs a refresh. None of the electronics, including the TV, worked.
