"This property was such a mix of good and bad. They had such friendly staff who were willing to help out with all of our requests, a great pool with direct access to the beach and beautiful views, and wonderful service in cleaning the rooms. My Beach Resort Phuket

"This was a beautiful property on the beach. I was upgraded to a sea-view room, but I couldn’t really see it because there was another unit obstructing the view. I also had ants in my room and I had to throw out my snacks because of the ants. I also had geckos in my room. They would chirp each morning and night. And a smelly sewer smell would emanate from the bathroom until the staff sprayed some odor spray in the drains. Other than that, it is a nice hotel that has a beautiful breakfast each morning. You could also order food or go to the hotel restaurant. And the Lime Leaf Spa at the hotel was amazing. I went there a couple of times for treatments. The staff is also very friendly and prompt when you need help. All in all, I would stay here again."

"I had a great vacation at Bandara Beach Resort. It is located in a very quiet part of Phuket. The ocean is calm and clear. The roof top pool was great to cool down from the heat while listening to great music. The bartender made very strong and tasty cocktails. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the fact that we couldn’t lounge on the beach chairs because they are owned by the Flamingo restaurant, which is apparently, a separate company from the hotel. The breakfast buffet, which was served at Flamingo restaurant, was delicious and fresh! I’ve also had lunch and dinner there a couple of times and each time the food came out very tasty. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. Everyone I encountered from the staff were all very friendly and professional. I would stay here again on my next vacation to Phuket."

"I had here for a night between Hong Kong and Bangkok and it was beautiful. The two pools are amazing plus the staff and environment. If you want night life this is the not the place to stay unless you want to drive 30-45 min. The areas around are peaceful. It’s a bonus that the resort Akoya star lounge with the best view and food is a 5 min walk up the hill or one minute drive. It’s best to make a reservation if you are not staying there and go before sunset. If you arrive after sunset it’s not worth it. The Kobe burgers are so good. The restaurant at this hotel also has good food"

"We spent 9 nights in May / June 2026 as a family of four with two boys aged 9 and 7. The hotel and rooms were spotless. The staff were amazing, always available to help and very polite and kind. The hotel has beautiful views of the bay and the Big Buddha at the rear. The food in the restaurant was really good. Everyone was really helpful including the security who helped us park the car everyday. We loved our stay and will definitely come back. Thank you for an amazing holiday"

The 24-hour butler service was a standout, with our preferences anticipated before we even asked. A lovely touch was the handwritten notes left each evening during turndown service. It’s a small detail that made us feel truly welcomed rather than just another guest. Our villa’s private pool was immaculate every day, and the views over the Andaman Sea were absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to that panorama each morning was unforgettable. We had a wonderful time and would return in a heartbeat. If you want luxury paired with genuine hospitality, this is the place."
