"That hotel has a problem with their elevators every year that we go there it does make everything harder. It is so inconvenient and the Cher they have us using the staff elevator as well. They need to get their stuff together."

"We had excellent and attentive service. When there was a problem outside of their control, the staff stepped up and found a solution. I am very impressed and would definitely stay here again. "

"Overall a nice place to stay. The breakfast was good, the rooms were fine. The pool was not heated but felt refreshing after a long day in the city. I had two critiques: 1-there was not really a way to get clean drinking water. the hotel had a coffee bar and there was hot water and there was also an ice machine but the water machine was only turned on during breakfast hours or you had to pay $4.00 for a bottled water. 2- the hotel advertised it had free shuttle to the airport but that was only for specific hours and times. One shuttle at the top of the hour- 15 minute drive. We were able to get a shuttle for our return flight but the uber to get there was $70 for the five in our party as the shuttle service ended at 10 pm and we landed later then that. We were able to walk about 10 minutes to a bus stop- the bus took roughly 30 minutes to metro station and then train took 60 minutes to down town Washington DC. This ended up costing $ $ $ 16 per person round trip for the day ( 2.25 x2 for bus fare and then we bought a metro day pass for $ 13.50). Overall a great hotel just those two things to keep in mind when considering where to stay outside the main DC area. "

"Normally we really enjoy staying with Embassy Suites. This time we were underwhelmed. Bar & drinks were okay. The food, was just okay and definitely lacked care and love. My yogurt was warm. And their was hair on the tub. The cleaning lady was knocking on the door at 10 something, when check out initially was 12, but we did a late check out @ 1. Luckily we were just about to hit the jacuzzi and to her defense we forgot to put our sleeping in sign on the door. Our stay in Jacksonville, was delightful. This one not so much. "
