"For some unknown reason this place was already rated "excellent" whereas there was no previous reviews. So I felt a little bit manipulated as this place without being bad was way overrated. Although the place is generally clean, it nis not maintained properly. Some stuffs need some fixing. The room I stayed in for almost 10 days had suffered water leakage in the wall which resulted in traces on the wall which has not been redone or even painted. "We have a fabulous stay at Hyatt Regency Cartagena. Hotel is very clean, has a great location close to shopping centers, stores and only like 10 minutes away from the Wall City. Everybody was very nice and attentive, Marcelo helps us get to our room and made great recommendations that help us with our stay. We loved having breakfast at the buffet, everything was delicious and Yulieth and Nimia always welcomed us with a great smile and was always a pleasure talking to them. We also have dinner at Kokau, everything was delicious as well. Our server Luis Miguel was amazing every recommendation he made was spot on. We have a great experience, we will be back soon!!"
