「A special thank you to the lovely Algerian lady at reception for her warm welcome, kindness and professionalism. She made me feel genuinely welcome after a long day. Truly outstanding hospitality!

「wifi was totally broken during the whole stay, location is convenient that the hotel is right at the corner of train station. Walking distance to reach lakeside; 」

「The hotel advertises they have a restaurant every evening, but I was advised on check in that restaurant wasn’t open on my first night. I thought this was rather poor given it is a hotel airport and there was no forewarning so I couldn’t make other meal plans. Otherwise great stay.」

「This is a excellent hotel, the staff is very friendly, and the service is very good while the price is not high」

「Nice location and an excellent buffet next door. The room was adequate, but it would’ve been helpful to have a few more towels and simple amenities like a shower, cap, etc. The breakfast was OK but the croissants were fantastic. The coffee was also very good.」
