「The room was lovely, the helpful information and instructions were clear and easy to understand. (Might add some instructions for the coffee machine as I was being dim!) Lovely comfortable bed, great pillows, lots of room and very clean. Thank you for the recommended breakfast places we loved the Medina. 」

「A excellent location close to the castle and seafront although parking can be a problem. My room was OK could have had a bit more storage space and a chair would have been useful also had a problem closing the window. Nice cooked breakfast which includes fruit juice and cereal」

「The view is absolutely beautiful. The overall hygiene was ok, with a small bit of stain on the sheet remaining. However, there was one used instant coffee packaging left, probably due to carelessness of cleaning staff. The worst issue was that the shower was completely not working but the hotel gave us this room knowing that there was a electrical failure for the shower. Although the staff was really polite when we raised this issue in the morning, it does not erase the disappointment at night....

「Practical place to stay, on the promenade. Friendly staff, dogs welcome. Clean, good bed and shower. If you go there at the weekend the parking spaces are free on the promenade for 4 hours ( Monday to Saturday, 8am-6pm).」

「Large room, tiny bathroom, bed comfortable. Very noisy overnight due to the hum of an air conditioning unit although the rooms do not have air conditioning.」

「D12 treetops at Clarach bay is a lovely setting. Family friendly and lovely staff. We had hot water and good recycling facilities. The site was perfect. However, some of our bedcovers had chocolate on them!!! We found spares to use instead. The green headboard on the main bedroom had a strong smell of unwashed hair ( it seriously needs to be replaced). We had no WiFi and on enquiring we were informed the previous guests had used it up? There were plenty cleaning materials and cooking facility...
