「Well appointed, lovely room, highly recommended.」

「This hotel more than exceeded our expectations. In fact we were blown away by everything. Friendly staff on reception, lovely decor, our room on the first floor was nicely decorated, and the breakfast was delicious. There is loads of parking. We'd definitely stay here again. Wish more hotels were like this one!!!」

「Great value, superb location, got a very highly rated Italian right opposite, Little Italy it's called. Got a Tesco Express near by & it's under 10 mins walk to the bars, the pier, beach, train station etc 😊」

「Overall it was fine but I very expensive for what we actually got. The room was fine but small and the bed was not the best apart from that it was fine. I paid £140 for the night and breakfast which was continental was another £25 for the two of us. Very expensive for a room above a pub.」

「Queen room, comfortable bed with views at the back of the property, no ventilation due no opening windows, dusty fun, no space to put luggages or hooks to hang clothes at the back of the main door. Small wardrobe with 5 hungers. Spacious bathroom but run down, update needed. Staff didn’t mention where to go to visit or menu/price breakfast.」

「The view is absolutely beautiful. The overall hygiene was ok, with a small bit of stain on the sheet remaining. However, there was one used instant coffee packaging left, probably due to carelessness of cleaning staff. The worst issue was that the shower was completely not working but the hotel gave us this room knowing that there was a electrical failure for the shower. Although the staff was really polite when we raised this issue in the morning, it does not erase the disappointment at night....

「The room [room 10, double en suite] was nothing like the pictures. First you had to lean on the door to get in cos it's too big for the frame. Then once you are in it smelled like a teenage boys room, sweat and lynx. The carpet was badly worn and peeling off the floor, the cheap divan base was broken so the mattress was either springy or wavy, didn't dare actually look at the mattress... Cobwebs around the window show how long since that was cleaned and general bits of wallpaper coming off the...

「Good staff」

「Good large clean airy room, comfy pillows, bed bit uncomfortable due to having 2 single bed bases so felt the wood in the middle so couldnt sleep next to my fiance, would benefit with a mattress topper, supplied tea coffee etc and restocked when asked, we had a great stay.」

「Clean basic accommodation but lovely staff and a good breakfast.」

「Better than expected, breakfast buffet good too.」

「D12 treetops at Clarach bay is a lovely setting. Family friendly and lovely staff. We had hot water and good recycling facilities. The site was perfect. However, some of our bedcovers had chocolate on them!!! We found spares to use instead. The green headboard on the main bedroom had a strong smell of unwashed hair ( it seriously needs to be replaced). We had no WiFi and on enquiring we were informed the previous guests had used it up? There were plenty cleaning materials and cooking facility...
