「Lovely location near sea front and castle, comfortable bed and room, and excellent breakfasts. Steep stairs and no staff to help with luggage and kettle missing from room, otherwise good.」

「We very much enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend and would stay again.Clean comfortable and well equipped room. Lovely pub downstairs were you collect your key. Super Staff, very friendly. You have everything you need around you in Aber.」

「The view is absolutely beautiful. The overall hygiene was ok, with a small bit of stain on the sheet remaining. However, there was one used instant coffee packaging left, probably due to carelessness of cleaning staff. The worst issue was that the shower was completely not working but the hotel gave us this room knowing that there was a electrical failure for the shower. Although the staff was really polite when we raised this issue in the morning, it does not erase the disappointment at night....

「Clarach bay holiday park was a really nice location. Ok for dogs. The position of the chalet was reasonable walk to the beach and club house. The chalet was reasonably clean but needs some serious TLC. Electrics too many extention leads and the RCD kept tripping.」

「Very clean, there was a microwave and toaster in our room. The only thing that wasn’t very good is the lock on our door , not very secure .」

「We as a family of 5 + a 3 yr old spent a delightful week at Penuwch Fach in July/August 2024. We were attending an interment and celebration of life nearby so the location was perfect. We were met by the owner and there was a welcome wine/biscuits plus tea and coffee. There is a Nespresso Gusto machine too plus a few pods :). 「From arriving to departure the owner and staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We went B&B, plus evening meal, which was well worth it. Big mention to three of the staff Will, Osian “Fish” and Willow who really went out of their way to make sure our 3 night stay was very memorable. Will definitely be trying the sister hotel in Dolgellau in the near future.」
