Booked this room a few hours before we came. Called the number to confirm our arrival. No one answered the phone. Texted and called on their regular phone as well as WhatsApp - no replies. It’s showing left on read. No response. Drove to the address - the neighborhood is a scary and absolutely not ...

Fantastic staff operating and working at this hotel. Gavin at the pool bar went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. An overall great stay and great food. Guest rooms and bathrooms need better lighting but outside of that everything was great.

The hotel, room and breakfast everything is great. The only thing is that there was a construction across of the street and they did some noise at the mid night.
