"We originally booked to stay elsewhere but, on our arrival, we were told we didn't have a reservation, and they were sold out. We happened to stumble on the AVID and we are very happy that we did. The stay was excellent, the staff were amazing, it was clean, all around a great choice. We will be staying there again when we come back to Lancaster."

From start to finish, the experience was magical—not just for the kids, but for us parents too! Warm Welcome & Outstanding Service As soon as we walked in, the staff greeted us with huge smiles and genuine kindness. They were attentive, helpful, and always happy to answer questions or help with anything we needed. You could tell they love working there, and that energy made all the difference. Rooms & Cleanliness Our room was bright, super clean, and full of fun Cartoon Network touches. The bedding, the art, even the TV channels were themed—which the kids loved! Housekeeping did an amazing job keeping everything fresh during our stay. Food & Dining The food was surprisingly delicious! We had breakfast and dinner at the on-site restaurant, and both meals were great for both kids and adults. Lots of variety, kid-friendly options, and everything came out hot and fresh. Even the snacks and treats were fun and on theme. Activities & Entertainment This was the highlight for the kids! There were interactive games, character meet-and-greets, crafts, and even nighttime outdoor movies. The game hosts were AMAZING—so energetic, playful, and really got the kids laughing and involved. My little ones were in absolute awe the entire time. "

"We have stay in many hotels in the Lancaster area and this is one of the best. Beds are very comfortable. We had a king suite which gave us plenty of room to relax and enjoy our stay. Breakfast had a good variety to pick from. Coffee all day was a bonus. Pool and hot tub were nice. However, the pool area can be loud when the kids begin to yell. "

"Basic Landscape needs professional plantings, removal and pruning. Staff does a great job cutting, blowing trimming ect. They need a licensed designer/contractor to do hard pruning and removal. Change out some beds with stone, simple up grades to match the rooms and interior spaces. Staff was exceptional. we will return "
