「Our room when we entered appeared to be clean. The towels were displayed nicely in the bathroom, however, the bathroom floor was very sticky sounding to walk on it. It obviously had been poorly mopped. The worst came hours later when we pulled back the comforter to discover that the sheets had not been changed. The comforter and pillows had been made nicely, but the sheets were wrinkled, had food crumbs and there was a dirty Kleenex in the middle of the bed. We discovered this late at night and...

「Clean, well maintained with friendly efficient staff, Bedding and towels all seemed quite new. I particularly liked the half moon hot tub with a bay windowed view and being on 4th floor was quiet for rest. Would be nice to have a bathroom nightlight. Easy interstate or 45th street business/ restaurant access.」

「The location was near the Interstate, but quiet and realtively close to family who live in Moorhead. The rooms were clean, but the bathroom sink water had very little pressure. The shower water pressure was fine. One of our rooms had a balcony so we enjoyed having lunch outside one day. The Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was made/pay to order, likely because of the conference center so we elected to go to Village Inn instead. There are other food options within walking distance as...

「Cockroach’s and smelled pretty bad」

「WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! Booked 3 nights, checked in at 8 PM and was KICKED OUT by 10:15 PM! Let me be CLEAR! I did NOT sneak dogs in! I told the front desk I had my dogs. She NEVER asked how many, handed me an agreement so poorly printed it was unreadable, and ran my card for the pet fee. I pointed out I couldn’t read it and she laughed and AGREED! I OWN my mistake for not checking the pet policy. But I wasn’t lying or hiding anything! Why would I openly walk past staff with ALL 3...

「This hotel is so old that just is good for seniors.」

「Industrial area and run down place!」

「Was adequate and very convenient」

「Nothing special about this hotel. Be VERY careful poolside though as the tiles they used around the pool are very slippery」

「I like their room best, beautiful, neat and spacious, and there is a separate kitchen. I like to cook by myself. The master bedroom and living room are separated.」

「The breakfast was ok same as when we were there before. The elevator went down for maintenance no warning to guests staying there just a sign by the elevator when we went to use we were on the 4th floor Very disappointed about no managers reception after a long road trip found out it was cancelled .We had stayed here several times next time somewhere else」

「Felt more like a cheap apartment then a motel really. Not very secure, could hear neighbors coming and going. Room size was decent though. Bed were very uncomfortable.」
