「we booked on the day that we travelled and i did not check email and host sent us email and asked what time we arrived but i missed it. Well take a bit to contact reception when we visited coz we are a bit late and phone not connecting very well. So, remember to check email before you go coz mostly europe hotel closed early at reception. The other day, we go down , all i can say is excpetional service from host and reception, even breakfast. 「We recently enjoyed a delightful three-night stay in Suite 104 at BOUTIQUE HOTEL VERDI and couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. The suite's cozy green tones created a calming atmosphere, and having a balcony with a view of the street and Parco Ducale added a lovely touch to our stay. Despite being in the heart of the city during the warm September days, the suite was exceptionally well-isolated and maintained a comfortable temperature, allowing us to relax without any discomfort.
