"One lady at the front desk for check in was so rude and unprofessional! Our room was not ready at 4pm check in for harbor view. Proceeded to say if you need your room now you can have a room with no hot water. Room was clean. Overall resort is a bit out dated."

"I mentioned that I was a Gold member per Expedia instruction to receive perks but received none. We also notified front desk about the loud noise from the room upstairs as it was already 11pm and people are still being loud. No actions were done. Probably won’t be back in this property."

"We very much enjoyed our stay at Millcreek Hotel. We were in town for a wedding. The room was very large and comfortable. We had a full one bedroom suite with living room, bedroom, small kitchen and two television sets as well as a patio. There was a full breakfast included, which was quite good. ..."
