This unit was close to everything. Suited our needs very well. We were ok with the tight spaces like spiral staircase and shower. However a large or elderly person will not do so well. Overall the communication was excellent and we enjoyed our stay!

Unfortunately, our experience with this apartment was extremely disappointing, especially regarding cleanliness and hygiene. Upon arrival, it was obvious that the apartment had not been properly cleaned. We found hairs on and around the bed and throughout the apartment, the floors had clearly not been vacuumed, there was a broken fingernail next to the bed, and even toilet paper with a brown substance on it. We immediately reported everything and were told that another cleaning would be arranged. Had the apartment been properly cleaned afterwards, the issue would have been resolved for us. However, when we returned, we found it essentially in the same condition as before. We were offered another apartment, but after this experience with the provider’s hygiene standards, we did not feel comfortable accepting it and arranged alternative accommodation ourselves. In the end, we were only offered a refund of the “cleaning fee”, which is ironic considering that proper cleaning was the main issue. We cannot recommend this provider. We do not understand how apartments can be rented out with such hygiene standards and such handling of guest complaints. Our overall impression was that financial interests were more important than guest satisfaction and responsibility.
