"We stayed at this resort on April 25, 2026. The TV and internet service were not working. The night clerk checked our room and told us that the "technician" had been notified the previous day, and was waiting for them to fix it. The water was brown and the toilet was dirty. We asked for compensation since we required internet for work and we were not notified at check in time that it was not available."
