"This hotel is thoughtfully situated in the Montrose District, near many great eateries and museums. I personally loved the design of the property and interior design of the rooms, overall it was very artful and bespoke. The room was clean and the restaurant was inviting. Staff in the lobby, housekeeping, and restaurant were all super friendly. Great and memorable stay."

"The lobby was beautiful and very well maintained, but unfortunately the actual room did not match the price point. For nearly $200 a night, the room felt underwhelming and unfinished. It smelled strongly of fresh paint, and early in the morning there were workers banging on the walls, which made it difficult to rest. The bed was by far the biggest disappointment. The mattress had no support whatsoever and sagged badly in the middle. I woke up with significant back pain and did not sleep comfortably at all. The front desk experience also left a lot to be desired. The staff member assisting me, Beatrice, came across as rude and impatient. She repeatedly interrupted me while I was speaking and did not seem welcoming or hospitable. Overall, while the hotel was clean and the lobby looked impressive, the guest room experience did not justify the cost. It honestly feels like more effort is being put into appearances in the common areas than into the comfort and quality of the rooms themselves. I expected much more from the Hilton brand and left very disappointed."

"The staff at night, especially the old lady with a faded greenish eyeliner , is not very nice. The words she uses when correcting mistakes are not the kindest. She sounds very strict and unapproachable, and it makes you feel like you’d rather not ask questions because it might trigger her to say more unpleasant things."

"The location is great. Our floor was being painted but this didn’t interrupt the stay. My only issue is the air conditioner. It’s an old central AC system with 3 options: off, extremely loud, and very loud. It is also aimed directly at the bed. Barely slept. If you can “sleep through anything”, then you’re fine. Reconsider if you’re a light sleeper."

"Once again, a flawless stay! They were super conscientious regarding my allergy (commercial detergent) issues. They remembered all of my requests from previous stays and exceeded all expectations.
