「The room that we had had just a doona cover no doona in it. The pillows were very substandard did not enjoy our stay there although their host is very friendly and the breakfast was very good. The room to us was not clean very few utensils even though had supposedly had a Kitchen. 1 plate 1 cup until we got some ourselves. Would not recommend」

「We had a lovely stay here with Laura and Terry and Kelly appreciated their local expertise when it came to recommending walking routes and restaurants. Beautiful spot and lovely people. Thank you!」

「Our stay at Villa 45 exceeded our expectations. Great location, close to village. Our room looked just like the photos and the communal facilities were fantastic. Our bed was comfy, fluffy towels and delicious breakfast. Isabelle was very helpful and patient with my basic French! 😊」

「Beautiful house and property. The hosts were so kind and gracious and made a delicious breakfast each morning. We would love to return one day and spend more time at the property relaxing instead of exploring the surrounding area.」

God aircondition.

「The host was so amazing. She was very accommodating and greeted me with a glass of wine and yummy pound cake. The property was even better than I imagined. My room had a great view and was very clean and quiet. I am definitely going to come back and stay again in the future!」

「This place was great, really relaxing. Fantastic view of St. Paul de Vence, lovely pool and accomodations. The owners were really delightful. Breakfast on the terrace each morning was a real pleasure. Wish I was there now!」
