De kamer vond ik echter wat onhandig ingericht. De badkamer bood weinig privacy en beschikte alleen over een verzonken bad, waardoor je een stap naar beneden moest maken. 「3rd trip to the Serawa. Excellent small hotel with amazing staff. Joanna on reception is an asset to any business and is very very helpful. And Vania and Carmen made every breakfast fun and friendly. All of the guys in the kitchen help make what I can only say is my favourite breakfast. The gardeners are also very friendly and have done a fantastic job. The pool area does need some attention. New sunloungers and a bit of money spent on the poolside itself」

「We were in a room near the top of the hotel and had a fantastic view of the beach and Calp rock. The room was very clean though. The bed was large and comfortable but maybe too big for such a small room. Breakfast was amazing. Lots of food choices. Staff very polite and helpful. Beware, the Underground parking is very expensive.」

「If you are looking for a nice room this is the place. But if you are expecting some basic service and hospitality (according to the price) forget it. Reception is mostly closed. And there was no one to attend for check-out. It was a mess and got treated very unprofessionally. We were scolded on WhatsApp for wanting to leave our luggage for a couple of hours before flying off.」
