「We had a very good stay at the Mercure Benidorm Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with a glass of cava at the reception, which was a lovely touch and made us feel immediately at home. The staff were friendly and professional, the atmosphere was relaxed, and everything was well organized. The room was comfortable and clean, and overall everything was nice and enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.」

Destacamos especialmente la habitación familiar, situada en la primera planta, algo muy cómodo cuando se viaja con niños y carros, ya que evitamos tener que usar el ascensor, que suele estar siempre lleno y resulta imprescindible en estos casos.
