「Beautiful hotel. Grounds were lovely. Enjoyed my room immensely. Artwork throughout the gathering spaces of the lobby was impressive. Good coffee! Will be going back!」

「Very comfortable, quiet and beautiful place to stay.」

「PERFECT location, friendly staff & beautifully renovated」

「We were having a yearly get-together of three brothers and wives. We were able to visit with all in the dining area. There were plenty of chairs with a small amount of privacy, but people walked thru and around the area. We didn't feel like it was intruding. We all had separate rooms and the hotel arranged for us to be on the same floor. Rooms were very clean, breakfast selections were good. The staff was extremely helpful and the ladies who cleaned rooms were very considerate of your needs....

「Good location for San Marcos outlet shopping and near some good restaurants for dinner.」

「Went way beyond my expectations. Upon my arrival, there was a young guy who had no personality, and not helpful at all. There was a lady there name Tasha, she made our whole experience there remarkable. First impressions is always lasting, and with that being said, I would stay here again, just because of the energy she brought to the property. The rooms were very comfy and clean, and being i had a kitchenette, it was very stocked with everything needed. Will frequent this hotel anytime I'm in...

「Friendly staff, good breakfast,」

「Rooms were nothing like the pics they advertise horrible outdated hotel bed had stains old mattresses. Window unit as an ac and it sucked. Just horrible experience」

「The wind blew the hotel's luggage cart rolled off the front front entry and damage my car and because customer on the front porch. The employees did nothing to take it in or secure it. The manager just argued with me about it and that it was the other customers responsibilty. Hello! I have worked in the hotel and restaurant industry for several. He has no idea about hotel property responsibility and customer services. This operator is terrible.」
