「The lady who helped up check in was very nice . However , we arrived to our room dropped off our bags without thoroughly checking the room . We arrived back to the room around 11pm. There was a card that was given to us with 20% off for food . We went to the snack-bar and asked if we would use the coupon. The gentleman who assisted us at the front desk was outrageously rude . He shrugged his shoulders and said “I don’t know what you’re talking about”. Then said he’s not taking any money we have...

「It was a very nice weekend. Enjoyed the unit we stayed in and be dry comfortable. We did feel like it smelled like cigarettes but there were no smoking signs everywhere. So we were confused who didn’t understand before us. The smell was strong. Kids loved the pool. Didn’t stay long enough. Beds were great in our villa.」
