"Please be aware the website and the listing lie — there is no restaurant or bar on sight. The pool was closed for 4 days (each day they promised it would be open the next), and breakfast is awful! There is no fresh fruit, no cereal, no yogurt, no oatmeal, and 2 days there was not even milk! The options were eggs, sausage, a few stale bagels and breads. The rooms were sticky and musty. The “fresh grab to go” container was off and empty the entire time. The “cocktail and Starbucks bar” was never opened and just piled with junk. This is not worth what I paid and Hyatt needs to do something about the website listing amenities that are not even available!"
