"There's groups of people loitering in the parking lot. They were giving haircuts. Beer bottles and garbage in hallways. "Sue at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. It is very clean and a good value for the money. The location was good and access was easy. The breakfast is a bag with a sweet roll, water, fruit cup, and apple juice. My only issue is that hotels should now advertise this versus "free breakfast." ..."
