"There's groups of people loitering in the parking lot. They were giving haircuts. Beer bottles and garbage in hallways. We were on the end of the building nowhere near the elevator so we took the stairs to third floor. Room didn't appear particularly dirty however we saw three cockroaches. The worst was the AC in wall did not cool even on lowest setting so it was hot and swampy all night. Loud at night and someone was cooking which smelled the halls and into our room. It was survivable for the 12 hours we were there but would never stay there again."
