"The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast food was only fair because they don't use warming trays and the food is cold. Otherwise it's a nice place to stay."

"We have always been fans of Hampton inn and stay whenever possible. We were very pleased with our stay at the Hartford location, perfect spot for my daughters admitted students day event at Trinity college. We had a 2 queen suite and the room was large and just completely renovated. Beautiful views of the river and downtown Hartford. Our only complaint is there is only 1 sink in the room. There should be a second sink inside the large bathroom. Also the indoor pool was being renovated. Free breakfast was great as usual, we will definitely stay again once my daughter starts college this fall."
