"The room, location, and staff were great. We had no issues during our stay in regards to that. What we experienced that made our stay less enjoyable is that the occupants in the two other rooms across from us were smokers and since our room was by the stairs, that is apparently where the smokers liked to hang out. Our room smelled of smoke the majority of our stay which was a bummer because we are not smokers. Besides that the room was nice and comfortable. "

"Room not clean, showerhead pointed at the door so got blasted in the face, alarm clock was set so I got a unneeded alarma t 6 am on Sunday, no Q-tips, cotton balls, no valet, The breakfast server brought no drinks until the meal finished. The hotel is a 2-star property at best"

"Hotel was very large. Lots of walking. Ice machines are scarce. Should be 2 on each floor. Signage was absent under construction. They should have had signage to front desk, elevators and restaurant. Complimentary cocktails and snacks were available and ended at 7 pm. It was crackers and cheese. Can’t figure out why they didn’t leave them in place til they were gone instead of throwing them out."

"Please invest in better toilet paper. Spent $200 less at another hotel and they have better toilet paper. "
