「I booked a single bed room and paid for it. When I was about to check in, the front desk told me that my information was not in the system. I said how could it be possible, so I showed him my payment receipt. After a long time, they suddenly told me that they found it and upgraded my room for free. In the end, they gave me a room with two beds. I told the front desk that I was alone! Unpleasant」

「First off, the hotel was under construction(this was never mentioned on the website or Expedia). This included the POOL AND THE GYM! The pool and hot tub were high on our list, so this was a huge let down. Again this was never mentioned. The room was dusty, the furniture archaic, and the lighting was so terrible in the living area of the suite(yes I paid way extra!), all you could do was watch TV. I couldn’t use the couch because it sunk down into a V in the middle! Breakfast was not included in...
