This hotel is dated and in need of repair. Our room smelled musty and the carpet was stained. The staff was super friendly and breakfast was delicious. Cheyenne Mountain Resort, a Destination by Hyatt Hotels
The hotel has 2 pools in the winter. My kids loved the pools. The craft table was fun along with other events. Some issues win the room which staff fixed but it’s kind of a pain to deal with that on vacation. We also had to wait over an hour for pool towels so maybe bring your own
