"All was good, especially the breakfast, plenty to choose from and tasted fresh. Wifi not so good, seems every hour or so I had to login again. "

"What Could Be Improved: There wasn't any soap or toilet paper provided. I didn't realize this until I needed to use the bathroom at night (I found a used bar of soap next to the kitchen sink and used a blank page of a television instruction manual as toilet paper then I immediately went to 7/11 afterwards during the night). There was a check-in delay due to confusion on WhatsApp, but owner got much better with using WhatsApp for remainder of stay. Only one towel and a small thin blanket provided. I know the owner would have provided more if I asked, though. The wifi frequently disconnected during audio calls with my mom and dad. The water in the shower frequently switched back and forth between hot and cold every five seconds. Bedroom floor and bathroom floor could have been cleaner. What I Liked: Beautiful view on the balcony. Owner is very friendly and willing to respond to any needs or requests. Keys and doors were easy to use. Clear instructions to find the property. What Is Out of the Owner's Control: Tons of dogs in neighbour's houses that bark very loudly and have barking competitions with each other. Neighbours blare music very loudly unexpectedly at 7 in the morning. The road is not paved and has tons of potholes and big rocks. Very bumpy ride up and down that road. This was my sixth trip to the Philippines and I have stayed in all sorts of accommodations over the years. It wasn't my favourite accommodation, but wasn't my least favourite either."

"Nice and clean. The owner is easy to talk to thru messages and the caretaker is very friendly and helpful. The only concern is the road leading to the property, it has a rough road. "

"BE WARN, DO NOT BE DECEIVED BY THE PICTURES THAT YOU SEE, this place is horrible! In all the oh so many countries I've been to, I would say this is the worst place I've stayed. The first room that was given to me has a disgusting sink area. I woke up in the middle of the night with tons of flies and ants falling from the ceiling and hundreds more crawling on the floor. I hardly slept. When I was about to take a shower, there were hundreds more of ants crawling on the bathroom ceiling, it was so disgusting. I asked to change the room to which they charged me an extra $30. It was a bit decent but you can hear the people talking outside in the middle of the night. Also there were some live electrical wires exposed in the shower area, it was so scary. The next day, I had flea bites all over my body. I'm so glad I didn't have to stay another day. Do yourself a favor, spend a few extra money finding another place to stay if you don't want to ruin your vacation."
