Nice hotel. Not too far from Victory liner terminal. We were accommodated even with late check in. We had a good hotel experience.

The guy at the check-in counter was not friendly at all and he was the first person we got to meet when we arrived at the hotel. All else was amazing. The rest of the staff was very attentive, helpful and friendly. All our needs were met and the location was hard to beat. Very close to Burnham Park and some of the other sightseeing Events we had on our list.

In itself a fine hotel but it is a bit outdated. The room is spacious and equipped with the basic things. Breakfast was unfortunately not a success. There were few options and you have to wait a long time before you have a place to sit.

Hotel was good but service was lacking. Front desk people and staff are not on th same page. For example, It took hours to receive complimentary bottled waters we asked for, our entire 3 day stay. Sometimes, the bottles never came. They even charged for a bucket of ice (it's only frozen water). The hotel itself was nice.and very affordable. But i guess you get what you pay for with service. The restaurant downstairs was amazing thought. The food is authentic Chinese and the servers were superb. I wonder why the front desk and staff doesn't follow suit.

Stayed at 456 Hotel for 9 nights in mid July. This place is in the best location. Within walking distance to Burnham Park and all manner of restaurants and services. Facility is brand new and very clean. Staff is friendly and courteous, I suspect one of the reasons for that is the presence of hands on property owners one of whom I think was present during my late night check in process. And yet this place is very well priced. Ok, I did get a free upgrade to a room with a view bit I think the owner did that out of courtesy for my extended stay. Will I stay at 456 Hotel again - MOST DEFINITELY!

When arrived could not get our booked room due to property renovations then was down graded to find out air conditioner in room was off and had to pay additional fee to have it operational first time this has ever happened in 30 plus years of travel overall not that impressed with our stay wont be going back

The hotel was nice. Being from the US I am definitely used to a different lifestyle when it comes to staying in hotels. The room was very spacious, however the bed was very firm, the pillows were very flat (and when asked for a couple of more we were told there was an extra charge), the shower area wasn't the cleanest and the shower faucet/head was very clogged and sprayed more of a mist than a water stream. The wifi was very weak and would cut out often. Other than that, it wasn't too bad. Would consider staying again, but would not be a first choice.

The following have to be requested daily: Bath soap (tiny) and shampoo (small packet) Mske up / clean the room Picture of the balcony in the ad is misleading as the room (#8209) we were provided are just bare cement, missing the wood planks. Tight parking garage, happy we got our car in and out unscathe. Noisy people in the hallway in the middle of the night, the 3 nights we stayed there. Good thing it is close to the park and other attractions.

Very Good Stay

Took taxi from Joy Bus terminal to hotel upon arrival. Hotel is situated fairly close to some of Baguio’s sights but be prepared to do some uphill and downhill walking to get to places.
