「I had a valid hotel room reservation, but they refused to check me in because they claimed the booking had been canceled. However, the reservation was still active. The hotel made mistakes and did not want to admit them. They kept giving different reasons that were not true. After a small argument, they finally checked me in.」

「There is no doubt this is a lovely hotel but .... if you're using Expedia's website to make your decision, then there are things you need to know. The website suggests parking is available easily either onsite or nearby. This is absolutely not the truth. The hotel has 3 parking places (I was fortunate to get one of them) but if you're driving and arriving late, you'll have no chance and parking is far from easy around the area. 「Pas de commande, je suis arrivé à l’hôtel et le propriétaire n’était pas au courant de ma réservation. Il a dû contacter des connaissances pour m’accommoder. Pas même le paiement du taxi fait pour me déplacer à l’autre hôtel où il m’a trouvé. Horrible, je ne recommande ce logement à personne 」

「夜遅くの到着だったが隣のモールが開いていたのでギリギリ入って片付け始めてたおばちゃんにお勧めを聞いてお惣菜を買えた 朝食は体質的に食べられない物があるので偏ってしまうがキチンと並べられていて食べられないが、、、美味しそうに見えた 階段しかない 部屋の作りが特殊 統一感がない作り 寝るだけと割り切って予約したホテルなので可もなく不可もなく、、、」

「Good accommodations. About 20-25 minute cab drive from the airport. You need Moldavian money for the cab ride as they don’t take a cab. It costs about 15-29 US dollars. 400 Moldavian should cover you」

「This hotel truly surprised us as the actual rooms and property look even more beautiful and luxurious than the photos. Our room had two queen beds and it was huge, with high ceilings. Beautiful carpeting and decorations, in the room as well as the lobby and hallways. Bathroom was spotless. Double curtains, bedding was crispy white and beds were comfortable. 「Terrible location, dirty, disgusting smell」

「The hotel itself was clean and is located about 20 minutes (walking) from the centre. When we arrived, we had been allocated a double room instead of the twin room booked. It took a while to resolve this and due to this, the restaurant had shut by the time it was sorted out. The staff were unable to be flexible, even though they had caused the delay. Whilst there is a pool at the hotel, it was fully booked and we were unable to use it during our stay, even though the hotel did not seem to have...

「Das Hotel war sehr schön, das Zimmer geräumig, die Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt. Es gab dort ganz viele Katzenfiguren, Katzen Bilder, sogar auf den Handtüchern waren Katzen abgebildet, für mich als Katzenliebhaber perfekt. Der Pool war leider noch nicht geöffnet. Ich war trotzdem sehr zufrieden, sehr nah zur Innenstadt. Freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück war lecker.」
