They gave me a room way smaller and lower standards from what i booked, when i asked them to switch me to the correct room they said it was booked but that they would reimburse me, since then they have been hiding and no communication or reimbursement has been giving. Stay away from this property of cheaters. Also the pictures look very nice but the hotel is far from the center, very dated and with no functioning restaurant.

I stayed at the “capsule hostel” section which had a space theme. Clean and comfortable. They handled my so late check in with ease. The breakfast was good, but the staff informing me did not say it was extra. He told me about the breakfast hour only. Anyway it’s not a big deal. The location is a little off.

Un hotel cu raport calitate preț excelent, camera spațioasă, cu vedere la strada. Curățenie exemplara și în camera și în afara ei. Paturi cu saltele confortabile. Baia curata, igienizata și spațioasă. Aerul condiționat eficient. Check in rapid. Hotelul este situat la 10 minute de mers cu masina de centru. Aspecte negative: singura fereastra care se deschidea era prinsă în suruburi, astfel încât ne a fost imposibil sa aerisim camera, lucru inacceptabil pentru un astfel de hotel. Locurile de parcare insuficiente. Am parcat prin spatele hotelului, pe lângă un zid. Mic dejun insuficient, am ajuns mai tarziu și nu prea mai erau multe, dar nici nu au fost completate.

Insgesamt hinterließ das Hotel einen guten Eindruck. Das Zimmer war sauber und ausreichend groß, das Badezimmer sogar ausgesprochen geräumig. Lediglich die Vorhänge verdunkeln nicht ausreichend, sodass morgens relativ viel Licht ins Zimmer fällt. Ansonsten war alles solide. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Für internationale Gäste wären Beschriftungen der Speisen auf Englisch sinnvoll. Der Kaffee war ebenfalls gut, und es standen verschiedene weitere Getränke zur Auswahl. Vor dem Hotel gibt es lediglich vier Parkplätze, deren Zufahrt zudem nicht optimal ist. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten befinden sich jedoch direkt an der Straße, was aus unserer Sicht die bessere Alternative darstellt. In der Umgebung befinden sich mehrere gute Restaurants, die bequem zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Ein weiterer Hinweis: Der Name sowie die Schreibweise des Hotels könnten den Eindruck erwecken, dass es zu einer bekannten oder hochwertigen Hotelgruppe gehört. Tatsächlich besteht jedoch keinerlei Verbindung zu einer solchen Hotelkette. Die Ähnlichkeit im Namen scheint rein zufällig zu sein.

Zunächst ein wichtiger Kritikpunkt: Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer mit drei vollwertigen Betten gebucht, erhielten jedoch zunächst ein Zweibettzimmer mit Schlafcouch. Diese stand abseits des Schlafbereichs direkt neben der Eingangstür, wo unser Sohn schlafen sollte. Für uns war das keine akzeptable Lösung. Es stellte sich heraus, dass dies kein Versehen, sondern bewusst so vorgesehen war. Nach unserer Beschwerde erhielten wir jedoch das gebuchte Zimmer. Ab diesem Zeitpunkt war alles in Ordnung. Die Mitarbeiter waren durchweg höflich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich, zweckmäßig und sauber eingerichtet. Der Blick in den Hinterhof ist allerdings wenig ansprechend. Zudem lassen die Vorhänge viel Licht durch, sodass es morgens schnell hell wird. Das Frühstück hat uns gut gefallen. Für internationale Gäste wären Beschriftungen der Speisen jedoch hilfreich, da nicht immer klar ist, worum es sich handelt. Die Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus sind begrenzt und nicht besonders praktisch. Dafür kann in der Umgebung kostenfrei an der Straße geparkt werden. Weniger positiv waren die Flure: Die Teppiche wirkten sehr schmutzig und voller Flusen, zudem wurden die Gänge teilweise als Abstellfläche für Möbel genutzt, was einen etwas unordentlichen Eindruck hinterließ. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die gute Lage mit vielen guten Restaurants in der Nähe.
