「Exterior was falling appart, no hangers, no breakfast, and the exterior door did not lock.」

「Very nice hotel. The only problem I had was the noise level in my room. The guests in the next room watched TV and the sound penetrated into my room very clearly. I could easily hear that they were watching reruns of Friends. This was pretty annoying and I might have asked for a change of rooms, but they eventually turned off the TV and I had no further issues. My feeling was that there was insufficient insulation to deaden the sound between rooms.」

「Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Disliked the bed & pillows.」

「Cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired - I found a used bar of soap in the shower, my dog found Starbucks trash under the bed. It is nice to have a dedicated dog area, however it is not fenced and an overflowing garbage can was in the same area. Stairways are carpeted entry areas had not been vacuumed in an extended period of time.」

「I’ve stayed here before so know the hotel pretty well. The pool was closed for maintenance, which I can’t fault them or the site for, and even though it was one of the main reasons for picking this hotel it didn’t make much difference to our trip. The hotel still has the old name on the sign, which threw me for a moment, but the picture is the same. The rooms need a little bit of work but for what we needed it was good.」
