What’s with the toilets being so low? Tile floor was sticky. Bed was very comfortable and we appreciated having a soft and harder pillow. Easy access to hotel from the interstate.

Staff were curt, both at check in and when seeking assistance with the TV and the lack of a accurate TV channel guide. Clean property, nice breakfast but overall experience was less than satisfactory.

The property was easy to get to and close to restaurants. It had some issues. The freezer was a solid block of ice so we couldn't use it. Also, one of our towels had a softball size hole in it. The beds were fine and breakfast was good.

Conveniently located off the interstate. Rooms need upgrading. Paint peeling off the ceiling, water damage in the ceiling, towels were clean but old/scratchy. I expect more from HIE.

Positives are liquid hand soap and lotion by bathroom sink, Keurig coffee maker and 4 pods, hair dryer, updated decor. Staff very freindly, breakfast good for a hotel. I felt safe and hotel was pretty quiet, except for normal traffic. Negatives are my key card was in an old paper holder, a hair in bathroom sink, many small minor defects, such as pealing wallpaper, carpet coming up in one spot, dents in wall, stain on wall, one outlet taped over; and no shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispenser in shower, like all other H I Express I have been to. (small Dove shampoo and conditioner and bar soap provided.) These are all minor and did not change my quality of stay, but not what I expect from a H I Express.
