「I stayed overnight on Wednesday 3 June. On the Thursday morning I got up to find there was no hot water in my room. I had to wash and shave using cold water. Most unsatisfactory. I went to reception and the staff there was most unhelpful. I asked to make a formal complaint and asked the manager to contact me by phone or email. No follow up has been forthcoming. Photos did not do the property justice it was so spacious including the ground floor balcony. We will be coming back and can’t wait. The food was great and so was the breakfast & pancakes!! 「The hotel is amazing with plenty of activities to do. Even though the photos show younger people and the majority are over 50s even the entertainment is targeted to this group. The breakfast and the food is amazing and the grounds is breathtaking.」
