"The staff - particularly the two women at the front desk - were incredibly kind and welcoming. They went out of their way to help my best friend and I celebrate a life milestone, and made the weekend extra special. Getting to spend the night in such a thoughtfully decorated hotel, comfy beds, and a massive tub, was so relaxing. We're already excited to come back."

"The customer service at the hotel is very poor especially at the spa period then the room conditions were not good. We had a Jacuzzi bathtub that kept the motor kept randomly turning on while we were not even in the washroom, we're showering or bathing the remote for the T. V didn't work, the TV was antiquated. The tile on the floor were not secure, said they were loose and rocky, and it was quite dated in underwhelming. The toilet when you would flush it sounded like an engine was running in the tank.It was beyond loud."

"Great experience with family members/ We had 3 apt and family age was from 4 to 70y (10in total) All was great: Checkin the staff was friendly, we had lucky and received an upgrade (1 room only), the villa environment is very special and handy to have all resto, shops, fun close by, having a Hot tub to relax and chat with the kids was amazing. "This is the first time we stay at Living Stone Golf Resort. We are impressed by its friendly staff, quiet room, comfy bed, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel. The heater insider the room was very quiet too. The location is excellent. It's close to all the major parks along the waterfront. We would definitely stay at this hotel again in our next visit to lovely Collingwood."

"The Milestone is a reasonable hotel in a town where others are ridiculously expensive. However the structure is aging, and it needs refurbishing, particularly the bathrooms. The grouting is breaking down and beginning to discolor, and the shower is old, rusty and needs replacing. The bedroom area is comfortable and is kept clean, and the in room fridge and microwave are definitely a plus. I would stay there again, but I'm not comfortable with the current bathroom situation."
