"Booking is made on Expedia, but the you complete the registration on another site. Shower is built into a very small closet. Toilet is on the other side - in another closet. You have to straddle the toilet to use a hand basin that barely fits my hands and it's not possible to wash your face in it without splashing water all over the floor. Entrance way through to the room is in shockingly poor condition. Not the welcome one would hope to see. I would not recommend this room."

"I've stayed at Old Silk Appartments twice so far in apartments 8 and 9. Both I found spotless, white soft towels, comfy beds, tastefully decorated well maintained and adequately appointed. Large fridge freezer, 4 ring hob oven and microwave, basic set of kitchen utensils and a couple of pans adequate to cook something simple. Very slow on reception - even though we checked in online we still had to wait over 10 minutes for them to process a customer in front of us, so we could collect the key. I didn't see the point in checking in online if we still had this wait. Two people on reception and about 8 people waiting to check in or get keys."

"This is a 5 star hotel and is away from the city centre. It’s quite a distance from the national express coach station but closer to the Flix Bus stop. It’s uphill from downtown and nobody knows where it is. We have asked 3-4 people to finally find the hotel behind a hill. The breakfast was more than we had asked for. It’s so fancy with all kinds of hot and cold food you can imagine. There’s mango purée, fresh berries juice, regular milk, yogurt, soy and oats milk, etc. It’s like having lunch there."
