「Our room had a portable humidifier/AC unit. It was crazy loud and water sprayed out of it onto the bed. The mattress was not comfortable. The tv stand had a broken drawer that was sitting on an angle. Towels were supposed to be white, but had several stains on them. We had no coffee table, or chair like the other rooms.」

「There was no complementary coffee available this morning when I get ready to leave. I tried to buy coffee from the bistro and I could not use a credit card. They only took cash or a charge to your room and I’d already checked out. This is super inconvenient and furthermore due to the price of the room and a price of a cup of coffee. I think it’s reasonable to offer that complementary coffee.」

「Theres no elevators and for people in wheelchairs they wont switch to the forst floor and our key cards didnt work 3 times we had 3 rooms 1 room the water was cold never got warm other room the bathroom light wouldnt turn off no do not disturb signs for house keeping when trying to take a nap breakfast was nice and the bartender was great!」
